Wrap Sandwiches
Let's wrap it up - wrap sandwiches, that is! I love wraps, even when I'm not in a hurry or going somewhere. If you've never made one, though, you may need to practice a little bit to get them just perfect.
Either way, if you're a newbie or a pro, these sandwiches are a great way to add to your sandwich repertoire. They're a great way to use ingredients that you wouldn't normally use in a sandwich.
List of Wrap Sandwiches

- Leftover roast beef, shredded
- Barbecue sauce
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Shredded broccoli
- Flour tortillas
Chicken Caesar Wrap:
- Grilled chicken breast slices
- Romaine lettuce
- Caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Flour tortilla
Turkey Avocado Wrap:
- Sliced turkey breast
- Avocado slices
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
- Whole wheat tortilla
Buffalo Chicken Wrap:
- Grilled or fried chicken strips tossed in buffalo sauce
- Lettuce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Flour tortilla
Hummus and Veggie Wrap:
- Hummus
- Sliced cucumbers
- Shredded carrots
- Bell pepper strips
- Spinach leaves
- Whole grain tortilla
BLT Wrap:
- Crispy bacon strips
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
- Flour tortilla
Tuna Salad Wrap:
- Tuna salad (tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and onion)
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Whole wheat tortilla
Southwest Chicken Wrap:
- Grilled chicken breast slices
- Black beans
- Corn
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Avocado
- Chipotle ranch dressing
- Spinach tortilla
Greek Salad Wrap:
- Feta cheese
- Kalamata olives
- Cucumber slices
- Red onion slices
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce
- Tzatziki sauce
- Whole wheat tortilla
Steak and Cheese Wrap:
- Grilled steak slices
- Sautéed onions and bell peppers
- Provolone cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Flour tortilla
Roast Beef and Cheddar Wrap:
- Sliced roast beef
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Horseradish sauce
- Spinach tortilla
