The Sandwich Glossary K-L gives you words and terms that have to do with this perfect, portable meal. It can be as simple or as complex as you like. You can take it to work for lunch or eat it for breakfast or dinner.
The list below contains words we have found so far that begin with K or L. You can add to the list as well. We've added a form below and you can add a term and the definition of a word that we haven't listed.
It would be really great if our international visitors could add words that relate as well. Pretty soon we'll have a great resource.

- Katsu Sando - (Japan) A Japanese sandwich made with breaded and deep-fried meat, such as pork or chicken, served between slices of white bread.
- Kebab - (Middle East) A sandwich made with grilled meat (often lamb or chicken) served in a pita or flatbread, often with vegetables and sauces.
- Kiwi Burger - (New Zealand) A burger that typically includes beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, egg, beetroot, and sometimes bacon, served in a bun.
- Kofta Sandwich - (Middle East) A sandwich made with spiced ground meat, usually lamb or beef, served in pita or flatbread with vegetables and sauces.
- Kolache Sandwich - (USA/Czech Republic) A type of filled pastry that can be sweet or savory, often used as a sandwich with various fillings like sausage, cheese, or fruit.
- Krab Sandwich - (USA) A sandwich made with imitation crab meat, often mixed with mayonnaise and served on a roll or bread.
- Kugelis Sandwich - (Lithuania) A sandwich made with slices of kugelis, a traditional Lithuanian potato pudding, often served with bacon or sour cream.

- Lahmacun - (Turkey) A Turkish flatbread topped with minced meat, vegetables, and herbs, often rolled up like a wrap.
- Lamb Sandwich - (Greece) A sandwich made with roasted or grilled lamb, often served with tzatziki sauce and vegetables in pita bread.

- Lettuce Wrap - (China) A sandwich alternative where lettuce leaves are used as the "bread" to wrap various fillings, such as chicken or tofu.
- Lobster Roll - (USA) A New England specialty sandwich made with lobster meat mixed with mayonnaise or butter, served in a split-top hot dog bun.
